Fast food can be bought on nearly every block. Whether it's McDonald's or Chipotle, fast, inexpensive, and easy food is always available in the city.

Chicago shopping is quite diverse. Some areas house the upscale shopping stores, such as Tiffany's, Barney's, and etc. Other areas have smaller boutiques amd thrift stores. There are certainly shopping outlets for any type of individual within the city and accessible by taxi or subway.

The night life in Chicago is always booming. The clubs are incredibly popular and are found at several areas in the city. There are many specialty clubs and some that are specific for 21 and under. There is a club in the city for any kind of person that wants to go out and have a good time.

Some people prefer the quieter setting of a bar than the loud and raging clubs. There are many bars littered throughout downtown Chicago. Whether you're going to happy hour or spending the weekend there watching the games, the bars are always busy and bustling.

The University of Chicago is well-renowned and incredibly large. Many students attend the university and they have any kind of major one could think of. The campus stretches across downtown Chicago and includes anything that most universities have.

There are many different high schools in Chicago - some are private, prestigious schools and others are public schools.

Chicago is home to several major sports teams. Whether you're going to see the Bears or the White Sox, each sporting team has its own stadium and is the site of many sporting events.

The hospital is self-explanatory. Here is where you can get any kind of medical attention that you need.

Chicago is home to many important corporate businesses. They are also the site where many people work. Perhaps you have an appointment with a lawyer, or you are going to work yourself.

Chicago has a Starbucks or some other small cafe type of place on nearly every block. In a large city, these coffee places are always open at all hours a day. It's the perfect lunch or breakfast spot.

All the major Broadway shows come through Chicago at one of their prestigious theaters. There are also smaller theaters that house smaller production plays and musicals, especially for those looking to get into that field of work.

There are a plethora of different movie theaters throughout downtown Chicago. Go here to see some of the latest movies that are out on date night or with some friends.

The subway system of Chicago is intricate and detailed. It's very easy for a new rider to get lost along the way. The subway also isn't the safest place in the city, especially at night.

There are a large number of gyms and fitness centers throughout downtown Chicago. Go to one of these places to work out and get fit, whether you're doing your own work-out, working with a trainer, or attending a fitness class.

There are a few parks within downtown Chicago. They provide citizens with a quiet and peaceful place to go where there is grass and trees. It's a nice place to go with a pet or children.

There are religious venues for any type of religion one could have within Chicago. There are churches of every denomination around for those that wish to attend services. Weddings and baptisms are also held at churches.

Apartments can be found all over Chicago. Some of them are incredibly expensive and are therefore beautiful, roomy, and very nice. Others are not as pricey, but can be smaller and untidy. Depending on the needs, there are apartments for any lifestyle.

There are many hotels within downtown Chicago. If you're just visiting, or looking to get away for a night, the hotels may be right for you.
